Babat Gonsong

Ingredients:
500 gr Cleaned babat (white tripe)
Daun Salam (Salam Leaf)
Salt
Vegetable oil
Onion, sliced finely
Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce)
2 large red peppers, sliced finely diagonally
Grind:
6 Lge Cabe merah (red peppers)
4-6 cabe rawit (small birds eye chillies)
Onion
Garlic
Terasi (shrimp paste)
Salt
Preparation:
1. Boil the tripe with the daun salam and a little salt until soft. Drain and cut into small pieces of 1 ½ x 3 cm pieces
2. Heat a little oil in a wok and fry the the onion and the red peppers. Fry until soft and cooked. Add the spice paste and fry until fragrant
3. Add the babat (tripe) and the kecap manis stir until mixed thoroughly
