Pergedel Jagung

Ingredients

Corn kernels
Ketumbar (coriander)
Kemiri (candlenuts)
Terasi (shrimp paste)
Garlic
Celery
1 Egg
2 tablespoons santan (coconut milk)
Salt
Pepper
Onion
Spring onions
Cornflour
Corned Beef

Preparation:

1. Grind the Onion, garlic, kemiri and terasi into a paste.
2. Chop the celery and spring onions finely.
3. Mix all ingredients together
4. Fry one heaped tablespoon at a time in hot oil. Drain
