Sambal Kacang (peanut sauce)

Ingredients
Fried peanuts, or you can use peanut butter smooth or crunchy, depending on what your preference is.
Terasi (shrimp Paste)
Cabe (birds eye chillies)
Onion
Daun Jeruk (kaffir Lime leaf)
Kecap Manis (Sweet soya sauce)
Salt
Sugar
Lemon Juice
Preparation:
1. Grind the terasi, onion, cabe and daun jeruk with the fried peanuts for the sauce
2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry the paste a little. 3. Turn the heat down to low.
4. Add the peanut paste if you areĀ using this instead of the fried peanuts.
5. Add the kecap manis, salt, sugar, and lemon juice
6. Add hot water little by littleĀ until it is of a smooth and thick consistency
