500g linguine pasta (or spaghetti)<br />
½ cup (125ml) olive oil<br />
400g royal red prawns<br />
3 small fresh red chilies, seeded, chopped finely<br />

½ cup coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley<br />
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Preparation</span>:<br />
1. Cook linguine in a large pan of boiling salted water, uncovered, until just tender; drain.<br />
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the prawns, chili and <a href="http://kochconnect.com/2009/07/garlic/">garlic</a> and cook, stirring, until the prawns are just cooked through.<br />
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley and lemon rind.<br />
4. Combine the linguine with the prawn mixture and toss gently. Serve with a green salad, if desired.</p>

1. Boil a saucepan of water with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and a little salt<br />
2. Drop in the macaroni and boil until cooked. Drain and rinse<br />

4. In a bowl mix the milk with the salt, pepper and nutmeg<br />
5. Beat in the eggs and mix with the cheese, ham, onion and <a href="http://kochconnect.com/2009/07/garlic/">garlic</a><br />
6. Add the macaroni and mix well<br />
7. Pour into a greased oven proof dish and sprinkle extra cheese on the top<br />
8. Bake in a moderate 180 ° Celsius oven until cooked and golden brown on top<br />

You can substitute the ham with any meat you like eg. corned beef, tuna, chopped pastrami or a mixture of variety of different meats</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Preparation</span>:</p>
<p>1. Chop and dice the onion and <a href="http://kochconnect.com/2009/07/garlic/">garlic</a><br />
2. Fry in a little olive oil until golden</p>
<p>3. Add the minced beef and mix until the mince is all broken up and cooked.<br />
4. Add the tomato paste, chopped capsicum, salt and pepper<br />
5. Cook until the meat is done<br />
6. Prepare the cheese sauce.<br />
7. In a saucepan add all the ingredients for the cheese sauce.<br />
8. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.<br />
9. When the sauce is thick take of the heat.<br />
10. In a greased baking dish layer 1/2 of the  minced meat on the bottom of the baking dish, add a layer of pasta sheet , then a layer of the cheese sauce.<br />
11. Repeat finishing with the cheese sauce last.<br />
12. Sprinkle a little of the grated cheese over the top<br />
13. Bake in a moderate oven 180 °Celsius until cooked and golden brown on the top.<br />
Note: Serve with tossed salad</p>
