Bola tahu wijen (tofu balls rolled in sesame seeds)

Ingredients:
400 gr tahu, chopped real fine
2 eggs, beaten
30 gr ebi (dried shrimp) shredded
1 stalk of chopped spring onion
2 tablespoons cornflour
100 gr sesame seeds
Vegetable oil for frying

Spices – grind
3 cloves of garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Mix the tahu, egg, ebi and spring onion
2. Add the ground spices
3. Add the cornflour and mix well
4. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll into small balls
5. Roll balls in the sesame seeds
6. Deep fry till golden

Ingredients:
Filling:
Kacang Hijau (mung beans)
Sugar
Daun Pandan (Screwpine leaf)
Pinch of salt
Skin:
250 g tepung ketan (Rice Flour)
75 g white sugar
1 tablespoon corn flour
200 cc warm water
Pinch of salt
Sesame seeds

Preparation:
Prepare the filling:—
1. Boil the mung beans until soft, then blend in the blender
2. Place in a large saucepan and add the sugar, salt and daun pandan.
3. Cook while stirring until dry,  approximately 25 minutes
4.  Form into balls and cool in the refrigerator

Prepare the skin:—-
1. Mix the corn flour, salt  and the rice flour
2. Add the warm water, a little by little and stir evenly
3. Take small amounts of the dough and roll into small balls of approximately 1.5 cm and flatten a little
4. Add the filling about 1 teaspoon and close the balls again
6. Roll the bolls in the sesame seeds
7. Deep fry the balls until golden and crispy on the outside. Drain on kitchen paper
